Yes! There is a 15 minute grace period.I understand emergencies or traffic delays happen so I do offer a 15 minute grace period. There is no late fee but please be mindful of my time and the time of others who may be scheduled afterwards. In the case that you may need to reschedule your appointment, there’s a reschedule option available for you to do so.
Yes please have your hair pre-washed & detangled. It doesn’t have to be blown straight because that causes heat damage if it isn’t done properly. Please be sure it is combed out/detangled.
